Project Background

During my time at the company, I contributed to the development of a new feature that allowed users to add friends and send private messages, enhancing user interaction within the app.

My Role

Challenges

A key challenge was integrating new friendship and private messaging features while preserving the existing interface and branding. I focused on enhancing functionality without disrupting the user experience, ensuring the new features aligned with the app's design and maintained brand integrity.

Collaboration with colleagues and engineers also posed challenges in aligning our visions. Differing perspectives on functionality and design required open communication and compromise to meet both user needs and technical constraints.

Takeaways
